We spent sunday at the beach all day and brought my favorite summer snack, watermelon! I had a bunch left so was thinking of a good recipe for dinner that could include it.
Dish= Watermelon Shrimp Salad.
Ingredients.

{shrimp- already cooked.}

{cucumber and green pepper. Ours were from my dads garden}

{crumbled feta cheese. And Tuscan Italian dressing from Trader joes}

Directions.
Thaw out shrimp and pull tails off.
Cut up lettuce, cucumber, green pepper ,and watermelon and add to bowl.
Put thawed shrimp on top. Sprinkle with feta and pepper.
Add dressing.
Yum!
