5.5.12 (our wedding) is right around the corner, 47 days to be exact. I am calm and enjoying and have enjoyed this whole process. Creating and being creative, watching everything come together.
Last week, my girlfriend came over with her embossing materials and stamps and we put some finishing touches on the wedding programs. It’s very inexpensive for the materials and it makes a huge difference on the finish of a stamp (we also embossed the addresses on the RSVP envelopes)

This week I’ve been working on our dessert options for the wedding. I wanted to do something that would be fun for our guests and not the usual wedding cake.

I’m not a black Friday shopper. I get overwhelmed in crowds of people and standing in long lines and being cold are probably my two least favorite things about this time of year. So with my time off I’m going to work on wedding details..

My biggest struggle through life is this. Remembering God is in control. He has it. He loves me and he loves everyone so much more than I can ever imagine and ever understand. All we have to do is let him in and let his will be done. I want to always give the answers to everyone or try and show them the way, that’s not my job. My job is to be love. If I am love people will find God through just that.

In a effort to fight human trafficking and end modern day slavery, AllSaints Spitalfeilds was proud to announce the launch of an innovative partnership with the international anti-human trafficking group, Not For Sale.

This year was the first time i had really been educated on how serious the problem is on Human sex trafficking. And it weighed on my heart as soon as i was aware. I went to a womens conference night and heard Christine Caine speak who Started the A21 Campaign and told us her story and what she’s DOING to help save these women. AMAZING.
When I saw that all saints teamed up to stand against the same issues I was ecstatic. All Saints is by far my favorite brand and company and this just makes me believe in everything they stand for even more.

The last few years a skinny leather pant has become a staple on my pants rolling rack. Through fall I’m in mostly black and they are so easy to throw on and make me feel sexy. I was even happier when I saw a few designers making jeggings in a leather/liquid looking finish. Much more breathable.
