When I was younger my reasons for Halloween weren’t about all the jolly ranchers, candy bars, and Lolly pops that I received, it was all about picking out my costume. I can remember one year when I was a genie, I got to wear a long braided blonde pony tail and lots of makeup! (I was eight) As I’ve gotten older, i’ve realized it not as easy to find a cool costume in a bag, it takes some effort. I’m a planner, so I started thinking about this years costume long before October 31, I decided on the queen of hearts from Tim Burtons, Alice and wonderland.
